I had the benefit of working alongside Casey once Kraton acquired Arizona. She made an outstanding impression early on as a person who would get things done – effectively, timely, dependable.

Fast forward, and we were able to see her grow into the Director of Accounting years later, as she challenged herself from a technical accounting, financial reporting and leadership standpoint.

It's always rewarding to have someone on your team that is a continuous learner, challenges the status quo, and develops people. Good leaders hire people that will challenge them.
